SOLANUM TORVUM POWDER RICE:
Dried Solanum torvum-50 gms; red chillys-6; Bengal gram-2 spoons; urid dal-2 spoons; asafetida powder-1/2 spoon; oil and salt.
Pour ½ spoon of oil in a pan and allow it to be heated, fry the dried solanum torvum into a golden color and allow them to cool and transfer them to a vessel. In the same pan, fry the Bengal gram, urid dal red chillies and the asafetida powder and allow them to cool. Grind these things with the fried solanum torvum in a mixi and add a little salt. This solanum torvum powder is suitable to mix with the rice and eat. This would be tasty.
