malayalam actress Shakila appeared in a Thirunelveli court case in connection with her alleged indecent high level exposure in a mallu b grade movie ilamai kodattam screened in a theatre in Thirunelveli . It was alleged that Shakila had reportedly actred in nude scenes exposing heavily in the bedroom scenes of the movie.This incident happened in 2003. Viewers of the movie were reportedly shocked to see the mallu movie actres side step all censor guidelines and expose herself almost nude.
Mallu actress Shakeela appeared before the magistrate court in Thirunelveli district pertaining to a case related to one of her b grade movies ilamai kondattam. Her film Ilamai Kondattam, which was screened at a famous theatre in Palayamkottai, reportedly contained excessive obscenity and Shakila nude scenes. A case was filed against the actress, the theatre manager, operators and others.
Though this incident occurred in 2003, the case is still pending in the court. Shakeela was summoned to appear before the court to offer explanation following which she was present there.
Though the actress has been charged with indecent exposure, it is our view that producers of such movies and directors of such movies are more responsible than the actress who act in such indecent movies. It is also alleged that already there are many free download links of ilamai kondattam available in the net.
