SAGO SUNDAL- RECIPE:

SAGO SUNDAL

Ingredients:

Sago-1 tumbler; moong dal, scraped kerat; fried groundnuts; scrapped coconut – each 5 tsp; green chili-3; mustard, curry leaves, oil and salt.

Method:

Soak the sago in previous night itself and clean it in the next day. Boil it along with the moong dal. Heal the oil in the pan and sauté mustard; curry leaves, chopped green chili. Add with it the sago, scrapped kerat ground nuts and salt.  Spread the scrapped coconut on the sago sundal and serve.
