Scrapped panir- 2 tumblers; sugar-1 ½ tumbler; cashew nuts- ¼ tumbler; cardamom powder-2 tsps; saffron powder- 1 tsp; ghee and oil.
Put sugar in the vessel, pour water and boil. Switch off the stove when the sugar syrup becomes thick. Add panir, cashew nuts, and cardamom, mix everything and make small balls out of it. Heat the oil in the pan and when it is hot, fry all the jamoons and put all of them in the sugar syrup.
