Nithyananda disciple Lenin Karuppan surrenders to Police - Ranjitha Video case
You would not have forgotten the man behind the controversial alleged intimate video between Nithyananda and Ranjitha that rocked the nation. Lenin had openly alleged that Nithyananda was taking sexual favors from his women disciples. It is also alleged that Lenin had planted a secret hidden camera inside Nithyananda’s bedroom and the alleged video containing intimate scenes of Nithyananda and tamil actress Ranjitha was taken then. Later on , Lenin had allegedly blackmailed Nithyananda regarding the sex scandal video.
Later on scenes from the video were released by the tamil daily Nakkeeran. The SUN TV also aired bits of the alleged controversial Nithyananda Ranjitha video in its news creating a raucus then.
Both Nithyananda and Rajitha had openly come out and said that the video was morphed and they were not the persons in the video.
The Nithyananda Dharmapeetam authorities had lodged a complaint with the police that the accused had threatened to leak a videotape purportedly showing Swami Nithyananda with an actor
Lenin Karuppan is from Athur in Salem district. He is a former disciple of the Bangalore-based Nithayananda Dharmapeetam. Yesterday, Lenin surrendered before the Crime Branch CID police on Wednesday.
Lenin was wanted by the police in connection with a case of alleged blackmailing and extortion.
