GHEE MYSORE PAK- RECIPE:
Cleaned gram dhal flour- and sugar each- 1 tumbler; ghee- 1 ½ tumbler;
Keep a nonstick tawa on the stove and fry the flour for 5 minutes in medium flame after the flour is cooled , mix it with the ghee, without any tumors in the same pan, add sugar with ¼ tumbler water and prepare sticky syrup and add the mixture of gram dhal flour in the syrup and keep on stirring add the remaining ghee little by little with the mixture and stir. When the flour becomes thick, pour it in a ghee coated plate. Make pieces. Now tasty Mysore pak is ready.
