FUNCTIONING OF OUR BODY AND HEALTHY LIFE

Our body reserves the time for each part of our body. It has allotted 2 hours for each part of the body. After 2 hours, it changes the allotting to another part.  The details of the time needed for each part of the body are furnished below:

  •  From 3 am to 5 am allotted for lungs:

Life time increases, if the oxygen coming through air is stored as much as possible, by breathing exercise during this time. This is the correct time for doing meditation also.  Asthma patients suffer much, during this time.

  • From 5 am to 7 am allotted for colon:

You should compulsorily finish off your morning observances like going to toilet, cleaning the teeth and taking bath, within this time. Those who have constipation problem should practice the habit of getting up during this time and going to toilet, so that the problem will be cured, In due course of time.  This is the right time in which the numbers of cells are more in the body.

  •  From 7 am to 9 am for stomach :

During this time, your stomach will digest even if you eat a stone. You should take your morning food like a king. Food taken only during time is digested well and take cares of the body –health.

  • From 9 am to 11 am for spleen.

This is the time during which the spleen digests and converts the food into nutrients and blood.  You should not drink even cold water, because the digesting power of the spleen would be affected.  It is a very bad time for diabetic patients.

  • From 11 am to 1.00 pm for heart :

During this time, avoid talking more , getting more angry  and  getting  more nervousness so that  heart will be affected  .This is the time in which, heart patients should be more careful.

  • From 1.00 pm to 3 pm for small intestine:

It is good to have less food during this time and to take a little rest.

  • From 3.00 pm to 5 pm  for small bladder:

This is the good time for eliminating water wastes from the body.

  •  From evening 5.00pm to 7.00 pm for kidney:

After getting release from the day’s busy schedule, you should be calm, think about the future and this is the good time for doing prayers.

  • From night 7.00 pm to 9.00 pm for Pericardium:

This is a membrane around the heart.  This is the shock-absorber of the heart.  This is the apt time for dinner.

  • From night 9.00 pm to 11 pm for triple meter.  This is not an organ.  This is the path joining the three parts from scalp to feet- abdomen.  It is good to go for sleep.
  • From night 11.00 pm to 1.00 pm  for   gallbladder:

If you are not sleeping during this time, defect is caused to the gallbladder.

  • From midnight 1.00 pm to early morning 3.00 am for liver:

You should not sit or awaking during this time.   You should compulsorily lie down. This is the time for cleansing of blood circulating throughout the body. If you affect this work, you will suffer the next whole day without any briskness.

These are the activities of the organs of the body. You should set up the daily life according to this; you can lead a healthy life.
