CARROT HALWA- RECIPE:
Boiled and cooled milk- 2 tumblers; scraped kerat and sugar- each 2 tumblers; broken almonds and cashew- each 10; scraped pistha- 5 tsp; ghee as required. Pour ghee in the thick bottomed vessel and fry cashew and almonds. Then, sauté the scrapped kerat in lower lame. Add milk, mix and close the pan and allow to be cooked for 10 minutes. After milk is dried, add sugar and mix and after sugar is dissolved, add ghee, cashew. Spread pista and serve.
