BROCCOLI SALADIN CREAMY PRESSING- RECIPE:

Include low or non-fat yogurt to limit the intake of saturated fats that boost the risk of heart disease.
BROCCOLI SALAD IN CREAMY PRESSING- RECIPE:
1/3 cup crumbled feta cheese; ¼ cup non-fat plain yogurt; 1 tbsp lemon juice; 3 cloves garlic minced;1/4 tsp freshly ground pepper powder; 2 cups broccoli crowns trimmed and finely chopped; 1 cup lettuce shredded;1/4 cup chickpeas boiled and drained; ½ cup chopped bell peppers.
Whisk together feta, yogurt, lemon juice, garlic and pepper in a bowl until combined. Add broccoli chickpeas, lettuce and bell peppers. Toss to coat. Refrigerate for some time. Serve chilled.
