BOMBAY HALVA- RECIPE:
Sugar- 1 and a half tumbler;
Corn flour- 1 tumbler; ghee- ¼ tumbler; food color, cardamom powder and lemon salt- each ¼ spoon; pumpkin seeds- a little.
Fry the pumpkin seeds and keep it aside. Mix sugar with one tumbler of water, and boil it into syrup. Add corn flour with one tumbler of water and mix it with the sugar syrup. Add the remaining things with it and allow it to mix. When the mixture thickens, leave it from the heat and allow it to cool. Then make it into pieces. Now tasty Bombay- halva is ready.
