Sugar-400g; almonds- 200g; ghee-200mg; essence- 4 drops; and cardamom powder.


Soak almonds, remove the skin and grind. Pour water in the pan, sugar and boil.  When the liquid become sticky like a wire, add the almond paste,

When, both of them are mixed. Stir them nicely.  Then add ghee and stir.  After the mixture thickens, add the essence and cardamom powder and transfer it to a ghee-coated plate.  Then make it into pieces , almond parbi is sweet and tasty.
